If you wish to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Refunds are issued only in cases where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with the necessary details. Once the request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
